Building on the surrealist master’s transcendent vision, the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation introduces Platform Dalí, a new Barcelona-based program for bridging art and science. Under former Arts at CERN director Mónica Bello, artists will create works in dialogue with researchers from five leading institutions, including the Barcelona Supercomputing Center and the Institute of High Energy Physics. The first fellows to channel the “Dalían gaze” (Bello) are Mexican media artist Tania Candiani and Spanish flamenco revolutionary Israel Galván.
